Alors qu’en 2013 une étude montrait des pertes colossales allant jusqu’à 14,5 milliards d’euros pour les entreprises en France en la mettant en pole position, aujourd’hui les chiffres ne sont plus exploitables de par la pandémie de COVID-19. En effet, en cette période particulièrement sensible à la prolifération des virus et des microbes, l’hygiène au travail passe au premier plan. Il existe différentes solutions pour lutter contre la propagation des microbes et ainsi réduire les dépenses d’une hygiène peu suffisante. 

Pour commencer, il faut se concentrer sur les sources méconnues de germes bien plus importantes que celles auxquelles nous pensons au quotidien. Non, les toilettes n’arrivent pas au premier plan. Dans un espace de travail, le premier élément contenant le plus de bactéries est le téléphone, ensuite le bureau, puis le clavier et enfin la souris. Tous ces éléments sont bien plus souvent touchés et manipulés que les toilettes par exemple. 

Des conséquences dramatiques pour les finances d’une entreprise

Une mauvaise hygiène dans des locaux professionnels, peu importe le nombre d’employés ou de visiteurs présents, peut avoir des conséquences particulièrement néfastes pour une entreprise. Dans un premier temps, il est évident que lésiner sur le budget nettoyage et entretien ne permet pas de faire des économies, bien au contraire. Il est préférable de s’équiper au mieux avec des solutions adaptées aux différentes structures afin de limiter la prolifération des microbes. Mais pourquoi ? Tout simplement pour éviter les absences régulières des employés pour congés maladie. 

Dans un second temps, s’équiper correctement permet d’offrir à ses collaborateurs et à ses visiteurs, l’assurance d’une prise en charge intégrale de la préoccupation de l’hygiène. De cette manière, le personnel se sent en sécurité et son bien-être se ressent sur les résultats et les objectifs au quotidien. 

L’idéal est donc d’investir dans des solutions adéquates comme par exemple, des poignées autonettoyantes, un accès à du gel hydroalcoolique à divers endroits stratégiques et tout type de système prévu pour une réduction des contaminations croisées.
